I became aware of blind baristas through a YouTuber. In China, there is a coffee shop run by a blind owner, named 'Palm Coffee.' The name originates from how the blind baristas initially brewed hand-drip coffee. Unsure of how to pour water with their right hand to evenly wet the coffee grounds in the filter, so they initially used the palm to catch the water. This helped them feel the water flow and how to control the muscle , leading to the name 'Palm Coffee.'

I think that vision impired people don't receive enough attention. Sighted people should have the opportunity to experience the world of the blind, and the profession of a blind barista is an excellent medium for this experience.
